Refund Policy

Our 100% Refund Guarantee

If your visa application is rejected by the embassy due to our documentation, we refund 100% of your service fee. No arguments, no deductions, no hassle. We stand behind our work.

We believe in complete transparency. Below you’ll find exactly how refunds work for each visa type, what we cover, and what falls outside our control. Read through so there are no surprises.

What counts as a rejection: A refund requires an official refusal notice or written decision from the embassy or immigration authority. Requests for additional documents, interview requests, or pending applications are not rejections.

Muay Thai DTV Visa (Destination Thailand Visa)

This covers our DTV acceptance letter and application support with training packages.

100% Refund If Embassy Rejects

If the Thai embassy officially rejects your DTV application, you get back every baht of your service fee. Zero deductions. This is our guarantee.

How payment works

Payment: Full payment is required before we issue your acceptance letter and begin document preparation.

Timeline: Embassy processing typically takes 21-30 days, depending on location.

What we protect you from

  • Errors in our acceptance letter or school documentation
  • Missing Ministry of Education credentials or certifications
  • Incorrect formatting that doesn’t meet embassy standards
  • Any documentation mistakes on our side

Embassy fees (separate from our service)

You pay the 10,000 THB embassy visa fee directly to the Thai government. This is their fee, not ours, so it’s non-refundable if rejected. Every visa service works this way.

When refunds don’t apply

These situations fall outside our documentation quality, so the refund guarantee doesn’t cover them:

  • You cancel after we’ve issued your documents
  • Embassy rejects due to your financial proof, immigration history, or eligibility issues
  • You don’t provide the required documents or provide incorrect information
  • You applied at a different embassy than we recommended
  • You decide not to proceed after work has started

Third-party costs

Services you pay to others (translations, notarization, courier, medical certificates) aren’t refundable by us since we don’t charge or collect those fees.

How do you get refunded

Same payment method you used originally

Processed within 3 business days after we confirm the rejection

Your bank may take 3-7 additional days to post the funds

Currency note: If you paid in another currency, your bank may apply exchange rates or fees outside our control.

Digital Nomad DTV Visa (Remote Work/Freelance)

This covers our document auditing and application prep service for remote workers. No Muay Thai training included.

100% Refund If Embassy Rejects

If the Thai embassy officially rejects your DTV application, you get back every baht of your service fee. Zero deductions. This is our guarantee.

How payment works

Payment: Full payment is required before we start auditing your employment contracts, portfolio, and financial documents.

Timeline: Embassy processing typically takes 21-30 days, depending on location.

What we protect you from

  • Poorly formatted employment documentation
  • Missing cover letters or application narratives
  • Unclear portfolio presentation to embassy officers
  • Any documentation mistakes on our side

Embassy fees (separate from our service)

You pay the 10,000 THB embassy visa fee directly to the Thai government. This is their fee, not ours, so it’s non-refundable if rejected. Every visa service works this way.

When refunds don’t apply

These situations fall outside our documentation quality, so the refund guarantee doesn’t cover them:

  • You cancel after we’ve completed the audit or started application prep
  • Embassy rejects due to your financial proof, work verification, or credential issues
  • You don’t provide the required documents or provide incorrect information
  • You applied at a different embassy than we recommended
  • Employment or credential problems we flagged during the initial consultation
  • You decide not to proceed after work has started

Third-party costs

Services you pay to others (translations, notarization, employment verification letters, and accounting services) aren’t refundable by us since we don’t charge or collect those fees.

How do you get refunded

Same payment method you used originally

Processed within 21 business days after we confirm the rejection

Your bank may take 3-7 additional days to post the funds

Currency note: If you paid in another currency, your bank may apply exchange rates or fees outside our control.

Muay Thai ED Visa (Education Visa)

This covers our 1-year Muay Thai education visa programs.

Refund If Not Approved

If immigration or the embassy doesn’t approve your ED visa, we refund your payment minus 2,000 THB to cover the Ministry of Education processing work already completed.

How payment works

ED Basic & Advanced Packages: Full payment (100%) required upfront to start application and document prep.

ED Platinum Package: Pay 50% upfront, the remaining 50% only after visa approval.

Timeline: Normal processing is 30-45 days.

What we protect you from

  • Errors in the OPEC (Office of Private Education Commission) submission
  • Missing Ministry of Education documentation
  • Incorrect school certifications or credentials
  • Any documentation mistakes on our side

About the 2,000 THB documentation fee

This covers real administrative work: OPEC submission, Ministry of Education coordination, and government paperwork processing. The ED visa involves more bureaucracy than DTV, so there’s an actual cost even when applications don’t succeed.

Important note

There’s no separate embassy fee for ED visas. The government processing is built into the Ministry of Education system.

When refunds don’t apply

These situations fall outside our documentation quality, so the refund doesn’t apply:

  • Your visa was approved
  • Application is still processing (no decision yet)
  • You cancel after document prep has started
  • You change plans or withdraw for personal reasons
  • You provided incorrect information or don’t meet visa requirements

Third-party costs

Services you pay to others (translations, notarization, medical certificates, police clearance) aren’t refundable by us since we don’t charge or collect those fees.

Same payment method you used originally

Processed within 21 business days after we confirm the rejection

Your bank may take 3-7 additional days to post the funds

Currency note: If you paid in another currency, your bank may apply exchange rates or fees outside our control.
