Refund Policy

Last Updated: February 28, 2026

Our 100% Refund Guarantee

If your visa gets rejected by the embassy for any reason, we refund 100% of your service fee. No deductions. No arguments.

Zero official rejections in the last 12 months. We keep this guarantee because we don't expect to use it.

Full transparency. Here’s exactly how refunds work for each visa type, what’s covered, and what isn’t.

What counts as a rejection: We need an official refusal notice or written decision from the embassy or immigration authority. If they ask for more documents, request an interview, or your application is still pending, that’s not a rejection.

Muay Thai DTV Visa (Destination Thailand Visa)

Covers our DTV acceptance letter, document preparation, and application support with training packages.

100% Refund If Embassy Rejects

Embassy says no? You get back every baht of your service fee. Zero deductions. That’s the deal.

How payment works

Payment: Full payment before we issue your acceptance letter and start preparing documents.

How we handle your money: We keep your payment available and only finalize our service fee after you confirm approval. If the embassy rejects, we move fast on your refund.

Timeline: Embassies typically take 21–30 days to process, depending on location.

What we protect you from

  • Errors in our acceptance letter or school documentation
  • Missing Ministry of Education credentials or certifications
  • Formatting that doesn’t meet embassy standards
  • Any documentation mistake on our side

Embassy fees (separate from our service)

The 10,000 THB embassy visa fee goes directly to the Thai government. That’s their fee, not ours, and it’s non-refundable regardless of outcome. Every visa service works this way.

When refunds don’t apply

Our guarantee covers official rejections. These situations aren’t rejections. They mean the process was stopped, paused, or never submitted:

  • You change your mind, cancel, or withdraw after we’ve started work or issued documents
  • You never submit the application, or stop the process before the embassy makes a decision
  • You don’t provide what we ask for, send incomplete documents, or give us incorrect information
  • You miss embassy deadlines or don’t respond to their requests in time
  • You applied at a different embassy than the one we recommended

Third-party costs

Anything you pay to others (translations, notarization, courier, medical certificates) is between you and them. We don’t charge those fees, so we can’t refund them.

How refunds work

  • Same payment method you used originally
  • We start the refund within 3 business days of confirming the rejection
  • Your bank may take 3–7 extra days to post it

Note on currency: We refund the full service fee amount. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own exchange rates or processing fees. Those are set by them, not us.

Muay Thai ED Visa (Education Visa)

Covers our 1-year Muay Thai education visa program.

100% Refund If Not Approved

If immigration or OPEC (Ministry of Education) doesn’t approve your ED visa for any reason, you get 100% of your service fee back. No deductions. We stand behind our work.

Same payment safety: We keep your payment available and only finalize after you confirm approval. If it doesn’t go through, we move fast.

How payment works

Payment: 50% upfront to start your application and document prep. The remaining 50% only be paid after your visa is approved.

Timeline: Normal processing takes 30–45 days.

What we protect you from

  • Errors in the OPEC (Office of Private Education Commission) submission
  • Missing Ministry of Education documentation
  • Incorrect school certifications or credentials
  • Any documentation mistake on our side

Important note

There’s no separate embassy fee for ED visas. Processing goes through the Ministry of Education system. A refund needs an official refusal or written decision, not a request for more documents or a pending status.

When refunds don’t apply

Our guarantee covers official non-approvals. These situations aren’t non-approvals. They mean the process was stopped, completed, or never finished:

  • Your visa was approved (congratulations!)
  • Your application is still being processed (no decision yet)
  • You change your mind, cancel, or withdraw after document prep has started
  • You never submit the application or stop the process before a decision is made
  • You gave us incorrect or false information, or you don’t meet visa requirements
  • You don’t provide what we ask for, or send incomplete documents
  • You don’t submit as instructed, or miss embassy/immigration deadlines
  • You don’t respond to official requests for additional documents in time

Third-party costs

Anything you pay to others (translations, notarization, medical certificates, police clearance) is between you and them. We don’t charge those fees, so we can’t refund them.

How refunds work

  • Same payment method you used originally
  • Processed within 21 business days of confirming the rejection
  • Your bank may take 3–7 extra days to post it

Note on currency: We refund the full service fee amount. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own exchange rates or processing fees. Those are set by them, not us.

General Conditions (All Visa Types)

How we handle your money

We keep your payment available and only finalize our service fee after you confirm approval. This isn’t marketing. It’s how we’re able to refund fast when it matters.

Payment disputes

If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank while we’re working on your refund, we pause everything until the dispute resolves. This prevents double refunds and protects both sides.

Legal entity
