100% of your enrollment payment refunded
If your submitted DTV or ED application receives a final official rejection, we refund 100% of the enrollment package amount paid to MTVT, provided you supplied requested information, documents, and clarification accurately and on time and attended any required interview or appointment.
What the refund covers
The refund covers the enrollment package amount actually paid to MTVT for your DTV or ED program. We do not deduct school-document preparation, application-guidance time, staff work, or training allocation from an eligible official rejection refund.
What is not covered
- Government visa, immigration, education-authority, or embassy fees
- Translation, notarization, courier, medical, police-certificate, banking, or other third-party costs
- A change of mind, cancellation, or withdrawal after work has started
- An application that was never submitted or was abandoned before a decision
- A pending case, request for more documents, interview request, or other status that is not an official rejection
- A case where required information, documents, clarification, or interview attendance was not provided accurately and on time
DTV payment
DTV packages are paid in full before Sor.Dechapant prepares and issues the school documents. The government application fee is paid separately through the official application process.
ED payment
ED enrollment begins with the payment stated in your package agreement. Any remaining balance follows the agreed approval and enrollment schedule. Government and third-party fees are separate.
How to request a refund
- 1 Email the final official refusal or non-approval notice to [email protected].
- 2 Include the name used for enrollment and your payment confirmation.
- 3 We confirm the official decision and that required authority requests were completed on time.
- 4 Eligible DTV refunds are started within 3 business days. Eligible ED refunds are processed within 21 business days.
- 5 The refund is sent to the original payment method. Bank posting time, exchange rates, and bank fees are controlled by the payment provider.
